What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. You don't need a physical card — you activate it by scanning a QR code.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most newer phones support eSIM: iPhone XR and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later. The most reliable way to check: dial *#06# on your phone and look at the list shown. If you see an EID next to your IMEI/IMEI2 numbers, your phone supports eSIM. If you only see IMEI/IMEI2 with no EID, your device usually doesn't support eSIM. Contact us if you're not sure.
When should I activate the eSIM?
We recommend installing the eSIM profile the day before departure. It will activate automatically when you land in the destination country.
Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes! With all our packages you can use WhatsApp, Viber and all other apps without restrictions.
What if I use all my data?
You can purchase an additional package at any time directly from your dashboard.
How do I pay?

What does an 'Unlimited' package mean?
'Unlimited' packages have no total data cap, but they do have a daily full-speed quota that resets every 24 hours (counted from your first data connection). 'Unlimited' packages give you 1 GB at full speed per day, after which speed is throttled to 512 kbps. 'Unlimited Plus' packages give you 2 GB at full speed per day, after which speed is throttled to 2 Mbps. In both cases the internet keeps working after the daily quota, just slower, until the next 24-hour cycle resets.
